This policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of individuals who fill in the registration form for the Cosmetics Market 2026 conference (hereinafter — the "Event"), in accordance with applicable legislation.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent applicable to EU residents.

When completing the registration form, we collect the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name and job title
• Industry role
• Comment or question (optional)
• IP address (automatically, for security purposes)

3. Purpose of data collection

Personal data is collected solely for:

• Contacting you regarding event details
• Sending a registration confirmation and organisational information
• Ensuring security and preventing abuse (spam protection)
