This policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of individuals who fill in the registration form for the Cosmetics Market 2026 conference (hereinafter — the "Event"), in accordance with applicable legislation.
1. Legal basis
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent applicable to EU residents.

When completing the registration form, we collect the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company name and job title
- Industry role
- Comment or question (optional)
- IP address (automatically, for security purposes)
3. Purpose of data collection
Personal data is collected solely for:
- Contacting you regarding event details
- Sending a registration confirmation and organisational information
- Ensuring security and preventing abuse (spam protection)
4. Transfer of data to third parties

- CSRF protection of the form

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, but no longer than 12 months after the Event, after which it is deleted.
